Here, your child’s hands do the work while their mind does the growing. We create a home-like space for 2 to 6 year olds to explore, move, and learn at their own pace, naturally.

This is what our mixed-age environment is all about. Here, an older child, one of our alumni, gently guides his younger sister on her first day, helping her with an animal puzzle. It’s a beautiful moment of natural leadership and care.

Deep concentration is a hallmark of Montessori learning. This child is fully engaged with the Pink Tower and Broad Stair, classic sensorial materials that help develop visual discrimination of size and dimension.

There's immense pride in doing things for yourself. This child is enjoying a snack she prepared all on her own using a mortar and pestle, a perfect example of our practical life skills activities.

I believe in a gentle start. A parent sits with their child, offering comfort and support as he explores a new puzzle. This partnership is key to building a bridge of trust between home and school.

Learning from peers is one of the most powerful aspects of our mixed-age classroom. Here, a four-year-old voluntarily shows a two-year-old how to work with the knobbed cylinder blocks, building empathy and social skills.

This is our prepared environment. The low, open shelves are filled with carefully chosen Montessori materials, inviting children to explore independently and choose activities that spark their interest.

Welcome to Hastam. Our entrance, shaded by a beautiful tree, reflects our connection to nature and our local roots, with our name presented in both English and Kannada.

Movement is essential for learning. A child confidently navigates our indoor climbing wall, developing her gross motor skills, coordination, and problem-solving abilities in a fun and challenging way.

About Featured

You won't find rigid desks or rote worksheets here. Instead, you will see a two-year-old mastering a lock box or a four-year-old teaching a peer how to use cylinders, all within a 5500 sqft campus designed to let children move freely. Our environment is deliberately low-tech and high-touch because we believe that what a child builds with their hands, they understand with their heart.
