About Events & Workshops
Our workshops are not drop-in cardio sessions where you just follow the crowd. When you join our Yoga or Self-Defence events, you receive the same technique-first approach we apply to our personal training. We strictly limit participant numbers to ensure every attendee receives proper form correction and guidance, so you leave with actionable knowledge rather than just a sweat session.
At GEX FIT, we believe fitness should be educational and community-driven. Our workshops are designed to break down the barriers to entry for specific disciplines. Whether it is our Yoga Alliance International affiliated sessions or our combat-ready martial arts classes, the goal remains the same: movement mastery.
- Technique-First Instruction: Many gyms treat group classes as simple calorie burners. We treat them as learning opportunities. In our self-defence or yoga sessions, we focus on mechanics, breathing, and neuroplasticity, not just high heart rates.
- Active Communities for All: We recognize the importance of building active habits early. Our kids' fitness and creative activity programs are designed to pull children away from screens and into functional, fun movement that develops motor skills.
- Expert-Led Guidance: You are not learning from generic instructors. Our workshops are led by the same team that handles our personal training and rehab clients. You get the benefit of a physio-qualified eye even in a group setting.
