Featured Architectural Projects
We do not just build structures; we design legacies. From reimagining historic homes to crafting vertical urban sanctuaries, this collection captures our ongoing dialogue with site, context, and the lives that unfold within them.
This double-height living space from our Utopia project embodies our approach to biophilic design. We integrated a dramatic vertical garden, a suspended swing, and a tranquil water body to create a home that breathes, turning a landlocked plot into a lush, vertical oasis.
The arrival at the House of Verandahs sets a tone of timeless grandeur. We designed this formal entrance with a classic fountain and symmetrical landscaping to create a powerful sense of place, reinterpreting colonial planning for contemporary life.
In the House of Two Worlds, we crafted intimate living spaces that are warm, light-filled, and personal. This view showcases the balance between luxurious comfort and a direct connection to the outdoors, a core principle in our residential architecture.
This living room from the House of Continuity shows our passion for restorative architecture. By reconfiguring the layout and enlarging the windows, we transformed an existing structure into a warm, inviting home that honors its past while embracing modern living.
We believe transitional spaces should be as meaningful as destinations. On this staircase landing, we created a unique hanging garden with a live-edge wood table, transforming a simple passage into a serene nook for reflection and connection.
Our design for Ramdulari Towers challenges the conventions of high-rise living. This conceptual animation shows how we use shifting layouts to create unique private corners, dramatic overhangs, and expansive balconies that bring greenery and openness back into urban homes.
Our process is deeply hands-on and site-specific. Here, our team examines the texture and form of rammed earth walls on-site, a dialogue between material, tradition, and modern construction that allows the architecture to evolve with the land it inhabits.
About this collection
You will notice a common thread across these projects: our insistence on site-specific solutions. Whether it is integrating a vertical garden into a landlocked plot to combat harsh climates or reconfiguring legacy structures to capture natural light, our design decisions happen on the ground. We do not rely on standard templates. Instead, we spend significant time at the site, testing materials and mapping the sun path, ensuring the home functions as beautifully as it looks.
Architecture is a dialogue between the site, the materials, and the people who inhabit a space. Our featured work highlights this philosophy in action. In projects like the House of Verandahs, we reinterpreted traditional colonial layouts to optimize airflow and temperature regulation, proving that established architectural wisdom still holds value today. For urban density challenges, as seen in Ramdulari Towers, we designed from the inside out, shifting layouts to bring greenery and light into high-rise living.
We believe that restoring an existing building often offers more character than a new build. Projects such as the House of Continuity showcase our commitment to adaptive reuse, where we carefully map what to keep and what to transform, ensuring the home retains its soul while meeting modern needs.
Our process extends beyond the structural. We maintain an in-house workshop to create custom furniture and joinery, ensuring that every element inside the home speaks the same architectural language as the building itself. Whether you are looking for a complete architectural build or a thoughtful renovation, our goal is to design a space that is purposeful, enduring, and expressive.
