About Commercial Interior Design
The Way We See Commercial Spaces
Since 1996, we’ve looked at commercial interiors as more than just business setups. For us, every space is a chance to show off a brand’s identity, connect with people, and build something that sticks around. Our work’s like a conversation - with you, with the space, and with the culture it sits in.
How We Approach Design
- We’re big on storytelling. The space should talk about who you are - from the way the lights fall, to the materials you touch.
- Everything comes back to how people feel inside. We plan layouts and details so customers, employees, or guests actually like being there.
- Mixing old-school Indian crafts and stories with a fresh, modern feel is our jam. Makes the space feel rooted, not just trendy.
- We try to bring in nature where we can - more sunlight, green corners, earthy touches. Biophilic commercial interiors aren’t just a buzzword for us, they genuinely help people feel better.
What We Do Best
- Offices that break the boring, closed-off vibe. Think open layouts, spots to chill, and places to focus.
- Retail brand experience design that feels like walking through a story, not just a shop.
- Restaurants and venues that double up as conversation starters, with flexible designs that can change with the mood or event.
Why GroupDCA?
We’re hands-on with every detail, thanks to our own DCA Workshop for custom furniture and finishes. Every project is a two-way street - we listen, we adapt, and we build spaces that last.

My Story
At groupDCA, we don’t just work—we live design. Been at it since 1996, ya, almost three decades. Amit and Rahul lead us, always pushing for that meaningful mix of context and craft. Our studio’s like a giant adda (hangout), where debates over materials get heated and laughter’s never far. We’re obsessed with learning, whether it’s a new software or just figuring out how sunlight hits a wall. It’s not just about projects—it’s about people, food, and those random moments that make us a real team.
My Work
Architecture & Interior Design Services - We design homes, shops, offices, hotels—new builds, remodelling, adaptive reuse, all in our mix.
Contextual & Climate-Conscious Design - We let the site and local heritage guide us, using climate wisdom and materials that belong, like rammed earth.
Experiential Spaces - We shape spaces that go beyond function—think multi-level bookstores, food markets, retail that tells a story.
Restorative Design - Instead of tearing down, we remodel and restore, giving old buildings a new life for today’s needs.
Material Honesty - Materials matter. We pick them for feel, light, and character, not just looks—always a real conversation.
