There is a unique power in putting pen to paper. Before any digital tools are used, we start with hand-drawn sketches and marked-up floor plans. This is where ideas flow freely, allowing us to explore spatial relationships and refine concepts with spontaneity and intuition.
Material selection is a foundational step in our design process. Here, a wide array of material samples are laid out in our studio for review. We treat this as a thoughtful conversation, assessing how each texture, color, and finish will shape the energy of a space.
Our principals believe in being present on the ground. Here, our team is on-site at a residential project, having a discussion with the client. Walking through the space provides a clarity that drawings cannot, turning conversations into real-time decisions.
Physical prototypes help us understand scale, rhythm, and proportion in a tangible way. This video shows our team in the studio, hands-on with brick models to explore different courses and patterns, refining the design through direct interaction with the material.

About this collection
We move from abstract ideas to concrete structures through a constant back-and-forth between our studio and the site. You won't just see polished renders; we prioritise hand-drawn sketches, physical material prototypes, and frequent on-site discussions to ensure the final build remains true to the original design intent.
Architecture is a dialogue, not a monologue. Our process begins with understanding the site and the people who will inhabit it. We start with hand-drawn sketches that allow for a spontaneous flow of ideas, unencumbered by the rigid commands of digital software. This raw phase is where the core philosophy of the space is born.
We then move to materiality. Instead of relying solely on high-fidelity renders, we create physical prototypes. Whether it is testing brick patterns for a facade or placing terrazzo samples on the ground to see how they react to the sun, this tactile approach ensures that textures and finishes feel right in their environment.
The final and most crucial phase is execution. We do not design from a distance. Our principals, Amit and Rahul, are frequently on-site, working through real-time challenges. This hands-on supervision ensures that structural integrity and aesthetic vision are maintained. From adapting old buildings through restorative design to creating new structures, we bridge the gap between initial concept and physical reality, ensuring every project holds meaning for years to come.
