We begin by mapping load-bearing walls and analyzing existing structural skeletons to identify exactly what can be retained versus what must be reconfigured. This audit allows us to integrate modern HVAC and automation systems into aged slabs without compromising ceiling heights or structural integrity.

In this Delhi home, we used a deep teal lime plaster to create a feature wall embossed with a 'Tree of Life' motif. This artistic element greets you at the entrance, setting a tone of gentle harmony that flows through the rest of the living spaces.7

By introducing vaulted ceilings and translucent glass partitions, we fundamentally changed the experience of this 70-year-old house. The design allows light to travel deep into the floor plan, creating an airy, interconnected space that feels both modern and respectful of the original structure.
The ceiling design in this renovated Delhi home features exposed wooden beams and arched vaults, punctuated by a modern spherical chandelier. This combination of rustic structure and contemporary lighting is central to our adaptive reuse philosophy.

This is the result of reimagining an old industrial shed in Okhla. We preserved the original arched structure and replaced solid walls with expansive glass, creating a seamless connection to the lush green landscape and transforming it into a modern, light-filled workspace.5
The interior of the repurposed Okhla shed feels open and connected to nature. The arched window frames a beautiful view of the trees outside, while the minimalist furniture and bright green sofa add a touch of modern comfort to the industrial space.
Before the transformation, this was the industrial shed in Okhla. We saw the potential in its strong architectural bones and brick arches, choosing to work with the existing structure as a foundation for a new, environmentally-conscious design.
