This is the Primarc office in Kolkata, a workspace we designed to be a dynamic ecosystem for collaboration and well-being. The central atrium and terraced seating create a vibrant core, moving beyond traditional cubicles to foster connection and fill the space with natural light.
For the Rolex flagship boutique in Mumbai, we translated the brand's 119-year legacy into a physical space. The design uses a restrained palette of warm wood, travertino cladding, and the signature Rolex green to create an atmosphere of timeless elegance and refinement.
At Nishtara Banquet Hall, we crafted an environment of grandeur and warmth. The intricately detailed rubberwood columns and vaulted ceilings are inspired by Kolkata's rich architectural heritage, creating a memorable setting for significant life moments.
The Story Project bookstore in Kolkata reimagines how visitors interact with a retail space. Inspired by Indian stepwells, the multi-level design with its suspended walkways turns a compact footprint into an adventurous journey of discovery.
Khi Khi, a contemporary tapas bar in New Delhi, is a space defined by playful energy. The design centerpiece is a bespoke wall carpet that runs the length of the bar, its vibrant, giggling motifs creating a whimsical atmosphere that is both modern and deeply rooted in Indian artistry.
The VRS Office in New Delhi showcases our ability to blend classical elegance with modern functionality. We used timeless elements like fluted mouldings, coffered ceilings, and curved glass partitions to create a workspace that feels sophisticated, balanced, and enduring.
For Enrich Salon in Bangalore, we preserved an old bungalow and its lush greenery to create a therapeutic retreat. The design blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, with semi-open styling areas that embrace the pleasant weather and connect clients with nature.
The Hazoorilal Legacy store in Dubai is an exercise in understated luxury. We used a soft, neutral palette of warm whites and subtle gold accents to create a calm, inviting backdrop that allows the fine jewellery to be the undisputed focus.
The facade of the Ahujasons flagship store in New Delhi is a statement of modern heritage. The copper-arched exterior reinterprets tradition through a contemporary lens, demonstrating our approach to creating a strong and unique brand presence from the outside in.
Our process is deeply hands-on and site-specific. Here, at an upcoming project, our team studies the texture and form of a rammed earth wall, engaging in a direct dialogue with the material to ensure the architecture evolves in harmony with the land it inhabits.

At the heart of every project here is our dedicated workshop, where we bypass mass-market sourcing to build custom furniture and finishes. Whether it is an intricate brass-inlay reception desk or a specific acoustic glass partitioning system, we manage these elements in-house to ensure the final result matches the exact intent of our design drawings.
Our practice is anchored in the belief that design should be purposeful and enduring. We approach every brief, be it an agile workspace, a luxury boutique, or a hospitality venue, as a specific response to its context. For heritage brands like Rolex or Hazoorilal Legacy, we translate brand history into physical space, prioritizing material integrity and museum-grade display systems. In offices like the Primarc workspace, we focus on activity-based zoning and biophilic integration, moving beyond standard layouts to create environments that genuinely support productivity. Projects like Nishtara Banquet Hall demonstrate our ability to blend cultural heritage with functional efficiency, using acoustic engineering and flexible structural grids to handle high-traffic usage. Our commitment to climate-conscious design and material honesty means we spend significant time on-site, testing how sunlight hits a surface or how rammed earth weathers over time. We design with the understanding that these spaces will be lived in and used by real people every day.
