Our most impactful projects: from high-performance industrial workspaces to custom-built luxury interiors, defined by volumetric play and material honesty.
This triple-height atrium within the Laxcon Steel Plant office demonstrates our approach to creating visual porosity and a sense of connection. The glass bridge and extensive glazing link different levels, ensuring the workspace feels open and collaborative while being shielded from the harsh climate.
For a construction firm's office in South Delhi, we contrasted raw and refined materials. The reception features a faceted steel desk, terrazzo flooring, and a visually permeable screen made from repurposed rebar, creating a compelling composition that speaks to the client's industry.
We designed this executive suite in Delhi to be a true retreat. The private bedroom opens directly onto a lush terrace garden, creating a seamless transition between work, rest, and nature. The space is designed for serenity and indulgence, especially during quiet evenings.
This custom-designed fireplace feature is an example of our commitment to bespoke details. We worked with backlit, textured stone to create a sculptural element that is both a source of warmth and a piece of art, showcasing how we integrate light and material.
A view from the upper level of a double-height executive area, looking down past a minimal chandelier towards the terrace. This design choice was deliberate to create a sense of grandeur and connect the interior space with the outdoor oasis, enhancing the feeling of luxury and openness.
In this lighting showroom, we used curvilinear forms and textured walls to create a gallery-like atmosphere. The strategic use of spotlights on sculptures and architectural features demonstrates how lighting can be used to shape perception, create depth, and guide the user experience.
The facade of the Mr. Light showroom in Sultanpur was designed to make a statement. We enhanced the building's verticality with strong lines and integrated lighting, creating a presence of minimal opulence that captures attention from the street.
We are proud that our design for the Laxcon Steel Plant Office in Ahmedabad was recognized as a Gold Winner at the 2023 IDA Design Awards. This award affirms our commitment to creating architecture that is both functional and formally innovative.
About Featured
When we approach a space, we start by mapping the movement through the area before selecting a single material. Whether integrating a triple-height atrium in an industrial plant or carving a terrace garden into an executive suite, our focus remains on spatial narrative and structural integrity.
Our work relies on the dialogue between raw and refined materials. In projects like the Laxcon Steel Plant in Ahmedabad, we utilized the building envelope to manage the harsh climate, creating internal courtyards that act as the lungs of the office. This is not decorative. It is functional architecture designed to lower temperatures and increase natural ventilation.
When we design for leadership suites in Delhi, we invert this process. We prioritize silence, privacy, and the connection to the outdoors, integrating terrace gardens that break the monotony of a typical corporate floor plate. Our team treats every wall, screen, and floor finish as a deliberate choice. We often repurpose construction materials, such as raw rebar or industrial steel, into interior screens or furniture elements. This approach ensures that your space is not only visually distinct but also carries a weight and permanence that standard commercial interiors often lack.
We invite you to look at our previous commissions, ranging from award-winning industrial facilities to retail experience centers, to understand how we apply this methodology across different scales and budgets.
