The facade of the Panerai boutique at Jio World Plaza, Mumbai, makes a bold statement, reflecting the brand's deep connection to the sea. A large, dynamic visual of the Luminor watch is paired with a transparent entrance, inviting patrons to step into the world of Italian naval heritage and horological precision.

Inside the Panerai boutique, we created an exclusive Bar Italiano to elevate the customer experience. This space, with its rich materials and intimate seating, allows guests to savour expertly crafted coffee while being surrounded by the brand's legacy of craftsmanship.

Every detail in the Panerai store is meticulously executed to embody the brand's adventurous spirit. A subtle diver's silhouette graphic on the wall and displays on blue marble pedestals reinforce the nautical theme, while the layout invites exploration of the watch collections.

The entrance to the Rolex flagship boutique in Mumbai is designed with restraint and sophistication. Warm wood tones and travertino cladding create a welcoming yet exclusive feel, resonating with Rolex's global ethos of timeless elegance.

The main consultation area at the Rolex boutique features a clean, symmetrical design that focuses attention on the timepieces. Slatted wood panelling and soft, integrated lighting create a refined atmosphere for patrons to engage with the products.

We designed intimate lounge spaces within the Rolex boutique for private consultations. This seating area features plush velvet armchairs in the brand's signature green and a back-lit wall with an abstracted Rolex motif, reinforcing the brand's heritage in a subtle, artistic manner.

The display and consultation zones in the Rolex store are orchestrated for a seamless customer journey. The clean lines of the counters, paired with the warmth of wood and the richness of green leather chairs, create a balanced and sophisticated retail environment.

Lighting plays a crucial role in the Rolex boutique's ambiance. A series of modern, bubble-like pendant lights hang over the counter, contrasting beautifully with the classic materials and adding a layer of contemporary elegance to the space.

For the Valentino store at Jio World Plaza, we created a facade that speaks the language of minimalist luxury. The clean lines, expansive glass, and iconic branding create an inviting and modern entrance that perfectly aligns with the brand's high-fashion identity.

Inside the Valentino store, the product is the hero. We designed brightly lit, recessed shelving to display bags and accessories like works of art, ensuring each piece is given its own space to shine against a clean, neutral backdrop.

Our projects, such as the Rolex and Panerai boutiques at Jio World Plaza, demonstrate our approach to controlled materiality. We utilize high-performance elements like travertino stone, fiddleback mahogany, and PVD-coated brass to establish a sensory language that is immediate and consistent.

  • Spatial Choreography: We plan the customer journey to dictate the pace of discovery, moving from high-impact facades to intimate consultation zones.
  • Technical Precision: From DALI-automated lighting systems that ensure 95+ CRI (Color Rendering Index) for accurate product display to acoustic engineering for private client meetings, we build for performance.
  • Material Honesty: We reject mass-market modular solutions. Our in-house DCA Workshop creates bespoke display counters, wall treatments, and joinery that ensure every corner of the store reflects the brand's unique narrative.

Whether navigating the complex requirements of an international luxury brand or shaping a flagship for a regional legacy jeweler like Talwarsons, our role is to act as the bridge between global design standards and the local context.
