About Neighbourhood Renewal & Placemaking

When we design public realms, we start with a granular Right-of-Way optimization. We analyze vehicle lanes against pedestrian zones, vendor requirements, and utility setbacks to ensure your streetscape is not just visually appealing, but functionally resilient and safe for daily use.
