We collaborated with the City of Edmonton to shape its future through the District Policy and 14 District Plans. Our team developed a robust GIS mapping framework to create over 100 thematic maps, providing the visual and data-driven foundation to guide development and infrastructure investment for years to come.

This project involved creating new zoning districts and streamlined permit processes to protect the Pigeon Lake ecosystem while simplifying development.

The Metro 78 project in Edmonton exemplifies our expertise in transit-oriented development at an underutilized LRT station. This rendering showcases the north building, part of a car-free design that promotes equity in housing and transportation while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding community.
