My Masala Guava is not about factory perfection. We take crisp, half-ripe guavas and coat them in a proprietary blend of rock salt, amchur, and chili. It is a slow, sun-dried process that mimics that tangy treat you used to sneak out of your school tiffin. Because we skip the heavy preservatives, you will find the texture varies slightly with the fruit's natural ripeness, just like the real thing.
