Traditional Sweet Murabbas & Preserves
Bring the taste of childhood summers home. Each jar is slow-cooked using my Nani's traditional recipes, with absolutely no preservatives or vinegar, just pure fruit and love.
This is my Amla Murabba simmering in a light sugar syrup, just the way my Naani taught me. I don't use any artificial additives, so you only taste the pure fruit and spices.
From a large batch made with love, I'm packing a fresh jar of my jaggery-based Amla Murabba. You can see the rich, dark colour and thick texture that comes from using natural jaggery.
My classic Aam ka Murabba, made with sweet mango slices in a simple, nostalgic syrup. It tastes just like the one my grandmother used to make for summer holidays.
See how soft and juicy my Amla Murabba is. I take great care to ensure the fruit is perfectly cooked until it's tender and has absorbed all the flavour of the syrup.
About Our Sweet Murabbas
You know, the secret to a great Amla murabba isn't just the syrup. It is how we manually prick each berry to ensure the sweetness soaks deep inside. That is why when you bite into one of my murabbas, you do not just taste sugar; you get the full, tender texture of the fruit exactly like it used to be in our home.
Most store-bought preserves are packed with vinegar and synthetic additives to keep them on the shelf for years. That is not how I do it. Everything I make here in my Greater Noida kitchen is a return to basics. Whether it is Amla or Mango, I use natural sweeteners like Chini or Gud (jaggery) to preserve the fruit. This isn't just about flavour; it's about making sure your family gets the goodness without the chemicals.
I often get requests for different sweetness levels. If you want the classic sugar syrup, we have that. If you prefer the earthiness of Jaggery or the lighter touch of Mishri, we can do that too. Everything is made in small, manageable batches because I would rather sell out than compromise on the quality of my Nani’s recipes.
Storage is simple. Since there are no artificial preservatives, keep the jar in a cool, dry place and use a clean, dry spoon every time you dip in. It lasts for months, but honestly, it usually gets finished long before that. If you are in Delhi NCR, I can get it to you quickly, but I ship all over India for those craving that ghar ka swad.
