I source seasonal ginger harvested only in the winter months for my Ginger Crisps. Its low fibre and clean texture give the crisps a natural crunch and a smooth, warming spice.

About Healthy Digestives & Mukhwas

We don't just toss ingredients together. For our turmeric and ginger crisps, we specifically source young, seasonal roots harvested only in winter. They have significantly less fibre and a cleaner crunch than standard varieties, which is why our crisps feel light and dissolve naturally rather than leaving you chewing on hard, woody bits.
