We don't just toss ingredients together. For our turmeric and ginger crisps, we specifically source young, seasonal roots harvested only in winter. They have significantly less fibre and a cleaner crunch than standard varieties, which is why our crisps feel light and dissolve naturally rather than leaving you chewing on hard, woody bits.

Bringing Back the After-Meal Ritual

In so many Indian homes, the meal isn't finished until the mukhwas comes out. It is that signal that the eating is done, the conversations are starting, and everyone is settling down. We wanted to bottle that feeling.

Our Rose Badam Mukhwas is built on this exact idea. We blend roasted almonds for that nutty crunch, rose petals for fragrance, and fennel seeds to naturally cool your system after a heavy meal. When we decided to make ginger and turmeric crisps, we realized most versions on the market were too tough to enjoy. The difference is in the harvest. By using only young roots available in winter, we get a product that is naturally tender. We dehydrate these carefully to preserve the ginger’s warming spice and the turmeric’s earthy benefits. There are no artificial preservatives or colours here—just the root, sliced and spiced the way we would at home.
