About this collection
When we set up a program, we function as the school's in-house squash department rather than an external vendor. We handle the entire schedule, including segmenting groups by age (U-9 to U-19) and managing official squad selections for inter-school championships, so students get consistent, professional training within the convenience of their own campus.
Our academy currently operates as the official squash partner for institutions like Ahlcon International, DPS GBN, Gyanshree, and Prometheus. By embedding our training within the school calendar, we ensure that students have a clear path from beginner lessons to competitive match play.
How Our School Programs Work
We structure our involvement to mirror a professional sports academy. This includes:
- Technical Foundations: Beginners start with grip mechanics, movement basics, and hand-eye coordination drills, often using prop-based exercises like balloon games to build comfort on the court.
- Structured Progression: Students move from the 3-day foundation program to intensive 6-day competitive training as they master footwork and shot accuracy.
- Team Development: We don't just coach; we manage the school's official squash team. This involves running internal ranking ladders, conducting match simulations, and preparing players for SGFI and CBSE cluster tournaments.
- Safety and Standards: Every program includes mandatory instruction on court safety, ensuring students understand Let and Stroke calls before they start match play.
