We focus on structured, year-round programs that develop every player's potential.

Inter-School Championships

We specialize in organizing and managing large scale inter-school squash tournaments, handling everything from planning and draws to execution. These events, which host over 200 students from more than 30 NCR schools annually, provide a competitive platform for students to test their skills and represent their institutions.

On-Court Technical Coaching

Our coaching method is grounded in fundamentals. We run structured on-court sessions focusing on correct technique, footwork, and match strategy, tailored to different skill levels from beginner to the official school squad.

Fitness & Conditioning Drills

We believe that a player's performance is built on a strong athletic base. Our programs include dedicated fitness and conditioning sessions that focus on improving leg strength, agility, and core stability, which are crucial for success on the squash court.

Fun & Foundational Skills for Young Players

For our youngest players in the U-9 groups, we make learning the fundamentals an enjoyable experience. We use creative methods like balloon games and coordination exercises to teach the basics of movement, racket control, and hand-eye coordination.

Our Partner Schools & Programs

We are proud to partner with some of the top schools and institutions in the NCR to deliver year-round, on-campus squash programs. We function as the in-house squash department for schools like Ahlcon International, DPS GBN, Gyanshree, and Prometheus, building their teams and squash culture from the ground up.
