Professional Tennis Coaching and Competitive Training
We don't just teach tennis. From foundational movement for kids aged 5 to high-performance tactical training for ITF circuits, we build athletes ready for national podiums and global scholarships.
I believe in being hands-on with my players through every stage of their journey. Here I am with Tavish Pahwa after he secured the Under-16 AITA Nationals double crown in Kolhapur, his third consecutive national title. This is the result of years of dedication and a commitment to our shared process.
A major goal for many of my athletes is securing a future in collegiate tennis. I am incredibly proud to announce that Niyati Kukreti has achieved a 100% Student-Athlete Scholarship to the prestigious Utah State University, where she will compete in the NCAA Division 1.
Competing on the international stage is a key part of our high-performance track. This was a major milestone for 14-year-old Tavish Pahwa, securing his first ITF J60 singles title in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with a dominant performance against international competition.
An action shot of Tavish Pahwa during the World U14 Asia Oceania competition. Developing powerful, efficient, and technically sound strokes is at the core of my training philosophy, preparing players for the intensity of high-level matches.
It is a moment of immense pride to see my players represent their country. Here is the victorious Team India, including my students Tavish, Hruthik, and Fazal, after becoming champions at the ITF World Juniors Team Competition Pre-Qualifying event in Sri Lanka.
A tennis player's power comes from the ground up. This video shows a glimpse into our strength and conditioning program, where we use plyometrics and explosive exercises to build the physical foundation needed for a powerful and injury-resistant game.
I nurture talent from a young age, and it is rewarding to see that early work pay off. Here is Toshinosuke celebrating his first Under-12 National Series singles title in Jaipur, a significant achievement for a dedicated young player.
Tennis is as much a mental game as it is physical. In this clip, I discuss the importance of the 'reset' ritual with my players, a crucial mental tool for staying focused and resilient during tough matches when things are not going their way.
Teamwork and partnership are vital skills I instill in my players. Here, my students Gurrshan and Arsh celebrate winning the Haryana State School Games U17 doubles title, earning them a spot to represent the state at the SGFI national games.
I believe in a structured, long-term development plan over chasing early rankings. This graphic outlines some of the key performance indicators (KPIs) I track for players in the critical 8-10 year age group, ensuring they build the right foundational skills for future success.
About Featured
Success in our academy isn't guesswork. We track specific KPIs for every age group, ensuring your child’s growth is measured by real skill acquisition—like rally consistency, serve percentage, and movement efficiency—rather than just the outcome of a single match.
Our training methodology is designed to bridge the gap between recreational play and professional performance. Led by our technical team, we utilize the methods of Todd Clark to ensure that players from age 5 to 14+ develop a robust technical base before pushing for competitive rankings.
The Performance Ecosystem
We believe a tennis player is an athlete first. Our training goes beyond hitting balls; we integrate:
- Biomechanical Analysis: Using video feedback to correct stroke mechanics early, preventing injury and increasing efficiency.
- Mental Conditioning: We teach the 'reset' ritual—a tactical tool to help players manage frustration and stay focused during high-pressure match situations.
- Physical Foundations: Our fitness programs are sport-specific, focusing on plyometrics and agility to support the explosive movement required on clay courts.
Pathways to Success
Whether a student aims for AITA state-level competition or an NCAA Division 1 scholarship, we provide the roadmap. Our programs are structured to help students balance academic responsibilities with rigorous, daily training schedules in Gurgaon and Delhi. For high-performance athletes, we offer tournament planning, travel support, and guidance through the ITF and Asian Tennis Federation circuits.
By focusing on the process—the rally percentage, the court movement, and the mental resilience—we create a sustainable pathway that lasts far longer than a junior trophy cabinet.
