Pricing Guide
Individual Championship Entry
Core Participation
- Guaranteed Match Play: Entry into specific age category (U-9 to Open). Format is typically Knockout.
- Official Officiating: Matches marked by ASF (Asian Squash Federation) certified referees or senior academy markers.
- Equipment: Usage of WSF-approved Dunlop Pro Double Dot squash balls for all matches.
Tournament Amenities
- Digital Draws: Schedules released 24-48 hours prior via PDF; printed copies at venue.
- Hydration: Basic water stations available courtside.
- Awards: Metal or plastic trophies for top 3 finishers; participation certificates for all entrants.
Team Squad Registration
Squad Entitlements
- Roster Size: Registration for a team of minimum 3 and maximum 5 players.
- Tie Format: Minimum of 3 singles matches per tie against opposing teams.
- Structure: Guaranteed minimum 2 ties (if League basis) or straight knockout depending on event design.
Logistics & Rewards
- Court Priority: Access to prime court slots (Glass court where available) and dedicated coach seating.
- Recognition: Rolling trophy style cups for winning institutions.
- Medals: Individual medals for all members of winning and runner-up teams.
Technical Tournament Management
Manpower & Expertise
- Championship Director: On-site management for rules, disputes, and schedule flow.
- Technical Officials: Provision of 3-4 certified referees/markers (assumes up to 4 active courts).
- Control Desk: Staff to update scores, announce match calls, and manage check-ins.
Logistics Support
- Draw Creation: Structuring brackets, seeds, and schedules based on client entry data.
- Rule Enforcement: Implementation of WSF safety rules and code of conduct.
- Ceremony Management: Coordination of opening/closing ceremony flow and announcements.

- Fee covers technical execution only. Venue rental, prizes, and consumables are excluded.

For us, organizing a tournament isn’t just about matches. It’s a chance for players to push themselves, learn, and be part of a bigger squash family. We make sure every event feels welcoming, competitive, and organized - but yeah, sometimes things get hectic and schedules get tight, but we work hard to keep everything fair and sorted.
What We Offer
- Events for all ages and skill levels - from U-9 kids to seasoned master players.
- Inter-school squash competition for young talent, especially in Delhi NCR. These are our flagship events, with separate categories for boys and girls.
- Squash league management for adults, including open and master’s categories (Over 35, 40, 45).
- University-level events and promotional tournaments to grow the sport in new areas.
- Regional squash events that connect players from Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Alwar, Chandigarh and more.
How We Organize
- Registration is simple - online forms, no drama.
- We send out draws and schedules early, so you know what’s up.
- Professional refereeing for tournaments, with certified refs and coaches making sure matches run smooth.
- We take care of the logistics; you focus on playing. Baaki sab smooth ho jayega khud (The rest will take care of itself).
Community & Scale
Our last big inter-school event brought 200+ students from 31 schools. We team up with schools, universities, and brands to keep the energy high and opportunities growing for everyone who loves squash.

My Story
Namaste, we’re GGems Squash Academy. Started by Gyanendra Prajapati, who’s more like a guide than just a coach. We get a kick out of seeing young talent shine, so we built this academy to help them start right. Now we’re working with schools and sports centres, bringing proper squash programs everywhere. Watching kids play, grow stronger, and compete in our inter-school squash championship – that’s what makes us proud. For us, the academy is family. Aapko aur aapke parivaar ko meri or se… our best wishes always.
My Work
Squash Coaching for All Levels - We run structured squash coaching, from kids squash training to beginner squash classes and advanced sessions.
Building Strong Technique - We focus on basics – leg strength, footwork, racket prep, getting movements light and sharp, technique always right.
Special Programs for Kids & Beginners - Our sessions help kids love the game while learning discipline and skills, starting early for a solid foundation.
Multiple Locations Across Delhi-NCR & Vadodara - We coach at GGems Academy, Jaypee Sports Complex, and with partner schools like Ahlcon International School.
Organising School Squash Tournaments - We create and manage school squash teams, running inter-school squash championship events for young players.
