We build squash programs from the ground up. Whether it is coaching young players in our structured academies or running major inter-school championships across Delhi-NCR, our focus is always on strong technique and developing a love for the game.

We believe in leading by example. Here, I am demonstrating the correct forehand swing technique to a group of young, attentive players. Our group sessions are structured to ensure every student understands the core mechanics of the game.

This is the scale we operate on. We organize major events like the GGems Inter-School Squash Championship, bringing together over 30 schools and more than 200 players to compete, learn, and grow the sport's community.

The result of dedication and teamwork. We are incredibly proud to see our students from the Ahlcon International School squash team celebrating their championship win. Our goal is to turn school teams into champions.

Our coaching philosophy is a three-step process: first, we focus on a specific technical element like racket preparation. Second, we work on relaxation and rhythm. Finally, we combine them to achieve a precise outcome, like hitting a target drop shot.

A strong squash player is a complete athlete. This montage shows our students engaged in various fitness and conditioning drills, including agility ladders and wall sits, which are essential for building on-court stamina and speed.

Learning squash should be fun, especially for our youngest players. We use engaging activities like balloon drills to develop hand-eye coordination and court movement in a playful and encouraging environment.

Discipline is the foundation of a great player. In this drill, students practice holding their racket position, building muscle memory and focus that translates directly into their performance during a match.

Celebrating individual success is a huge part of our academy's culture. Here is our student, Abhiraj Singh, proudly taking his place on the podium after securing 3rd place in the SGFI Boys Under-19 individual category.

We follow a strict three-step progression for every student. First, we isolate the technical element, like early racket preparation. Second, we focus on relaxation and rhythm. Finally, we combine them to execute a specific shot, like a drop or drive. You will see this methodology in everything from our beginner balloon drills to our advanced tournament match simulations.
