Junior Tennis Coaching & Development Programs
Building technical precision and mental toughness, one swing at a time.
Here, I am working with a young player on her backhand fundamentals. We focus on the low-to-high swing path and keeping the racket head stable through contact. Correcting these basics early prevents bad habits and builds a reliable shot for the future.
Great footwork is not optional. We start our sessions with drills like skipping to improve agility and coordination. Then, we move to hand-feeding drills that synchronize footwork with the swing, ensuring our players are always balanced and moving efficiently to the ball.
We are working on increasing racquet head speed and acceleration with our junior champion. This drill helps her generate more power and topspin on her forehand, turning it into a formidable weapon during matches. It's all about explosive, controlled movement.
We celebrate the journey and the results. Here is our champion Divyam, who reached the semifinals in singles and was a finalist in doubles at his very first tournament in New Delhi. This is a testament to his hard work and the process-driven training we believe in.
Even practice against a wall can be a powerful training tool. In this video, a young player in his first session learns the feel of the ball and practices his forehand. Repetition is key to building muscle memory and confidence.
About Junior Development Program
We focus on high-volume ball striking with a strict 3-4 player limit per court. This ensures your child is not just standing in line; they are actively working on drills, footwork, and biomechanics during every minute of the session.
Tennis at the junior level requires more than just enthusiasm; it needs a system. Our Junior Champions program is designed to move players from their first swing to their first tournament. We break down the 'Racket hamesha aage rahega' (keep the racket in front) philosophy into manageable, repeatable drills. Each session integrates agility ladder work for footwork and targeted feeds for swing precision. We use video analysis to show juniors exactly where their backhand or serve needs adjustment, removing the guesswork from training. For those ready for competition, we incorporate match simulations and target-hitting games to build mental resilience. Whether playing on clay in Agra or hard courts in Delhi, the goal remains the same: steady improvement and discipline. We track progress through skill benchmarks, ensuring that every player moves through the development stages at the right pace.
