Training Scope
- Duration: 60 minutes of dedicated 1-on-1 coaching per session.
- Expertise: Guided by Level 1 (Junior) or Level 2 (Experienced) certified trainers.
- Workouts: Mix of strength training on Hammer Strength rigs, functional drills on rooftop turf, and cardio boxing.
- Goals: Structured progressive overload plans for weight loss, muscle toning, and general fitness.
Facility & Amenities
- Access: Full usage of indoor weight floor and specialized outdoor functional zones during sessions.
- Comfort: Includes complimentary valet parking, fresh towel service, and access to steam and shower facilities.
Progress & Nutrition
- Guidance: Basic dietary advice with macro-nutrient breakdowns for protein, carbs, and fats.
- Tracking: Periodic body composition analysis to monitor fat percentage and muscle mass.
Master & Rehab Training (Level 3-4)
Elite Specialization
- Master Coaches: Training conducted by Level 3 Senior Specialists or Level 4 Master Trainers/GM.
- Focus Areas: Specialized programming for injury rehabilitation (back/knee), sports performance (marathon prep), or powerlifting.
- Advanced Modalities: Incorporation of complex movements like Calisthenics, Animal Flow, and TRX suspension training.

Your Program, Your Goals
- I design your training based on what you want - strength building program, bodyweight training skills, or functional fitness workouts.
- Expect classic lifts and machines, but also calisthenics, Animal Flow, and outdoor turf sessions - battle ropes, sled pushes, tire flips.
- If you’re after a weight loss transformation coach, I mix strength, cardio, and HIIT for long-term change, not just a quick fix.
- For athletes, I build sports-specific training plans with plyometrics and boxing if that’s your jam.
Train Solo or Squad
- Go one-on-one, bring a buddy, or train as a couple. Either way, the energy here is solid.
- Our gym is super clean, loaded with the best gear, and has both indoor and outdoor spaces. Rooftop turf is a crowd favourite.

My Story
Hey, we’re Switch Wellness. Not your usual gym, we wanted a place where anyone feels they belong—body, mind, all of it.
