My small group sessions are designed to build real-world strength and endurance. We use the full space, from the indoor studio to the rooftop turf, for high-intensity workouts involving tire flips, sled pushes, battle ropes, and agility drills.

Unleash your power in my boxing fitness classes that mix punches, kicks, and footwork for a high-energy cardio session. I offer both group combat classes and one-on-one pad work to sharpen your skills.

Yoga & Movement

Find your flow with my yoga sessions, designed for all levels to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. I offer everything from classic poses and headstands to playful and challenging partner acro yoga.

Dance Cardio

My dance cardio classes are a party where you can let loose and follow the beat. It’s a fun, social workout that feels less like exercise and more like a celebration.
