Our Core Classes
- Outdoor HIIT: We take full advantage of our open-air rooftop turf. Expect tire flips, battle ropes, and functional movements that burn more calories than standing on a treadmill.
- Combat Fit: Using real heavy bags and mitts, these sessions are about unleashing power. You will learn footwork and striking, which is a massive stress buster after a long day at the office.
- Yoga & Movement: We offer sessions ranging from Hatha and Vinyasa to playful partner acro-yoga, focusing on mobility and balance.
- Dance Cardio: This is our version of a party. It is designed to be inclusive, so you do not need to be a professional dancer to have a great time and break a sweat.
The Space
We maintain an air-conditioned studio with impact-absorbing flooring, perfect for rhythm-based classes like Zumba or Dance Cardio. Outside, the turf area gives you the space to train under the sky, which helps shift the mood from a standard gym workout to something that feels more like an event. We provide all the amenities, including lockers and showers, so you can train before heading straight to work.
