Build a Strong Upper Body with Real Training
Don't just chase a pump. I teach you how to build a wide back, solid chest, and strong shoulders using the same mechanics I used to go from 65kg to 92kg. No shortcuts, just hard work.
A video of me performing the flat barbell bench press, a fundamental exercise for chest development.
Targeting the side deltoids with seated dumbbell lateral raises for broader, more defined shoulders.
A lat pulldown session to build back width. This is a great exercise for developing the V-taper look.
A compilation of arm day workouts, including cable curls and dumbbell exercises to build bicep and tricep size.
A chest workout featuring cable flys and incline dumbbell presses to target different areas of the pectoral muscles.
Focusing on tricep development with cable pushdowns, an essential exercise for bigger arms and a stronger bench press.
Performing dumbbell curls with strict form to isolate the biceps and promote muscle growth.
Using the cable machine for a kneeling single-arm lateral raise to really isolate the shoulder muscle.
A kneeling lat pulldown variation to engage the back muscles from a different angle.
Another clip of a bench press session, showing my focus on consistent training for strength gains.
About Building an Upper Body
You don't need fancy machines to build a solid upper body. Most guys struggle because they are just moving weight instead of feeling the muscle. Whether it is the bench press or lat pulldowns, I fix your form first—checking your grip, your arch, and your bracing—so you stop wasting time and start seeing actual growth.
Building a powerful upper body is about hitting the big movements hard and keeping your nutrition on point. It is not just about doing endless bicep curls. I focus on heavy compound movements like the bench press to build a foundation. We use everything from cables to free weights to target the chest, back, and shoulders.
If you are in Dwarka or Alwar, we train at places like Anytime Fitness and The Hercules Gym. I will be there in person to spot you, correct your form, and push you when you feel like giving up. If you are training online, I need you to send me videos of your lifts. I review them, tell you exactly what is wrong, and adjust your routine. Building a physique takes time and consistency. No 'dheela mat pado' (don't slack off) attitude here. We track your lifts and your diet, adjusting the plan every few weeks so you do not hit a plateau.
