Our kitchen in Andheri and Malad is where the magic happens. We don't just cook food, we manage a symphony of heat, timing, and fresh ingredients to get that perfect 'ghar jaisa' (home-style) taste. Whether you are ordering a plate of our signature Indo-Chinese or one of our heavy North Indian mains, the process remains the same.

The Garden Court Approach

  • No-Compromise Indo-Chinese: We take our Chinese preparation seriously. Every stir-fry is tossed in a wok at high heat, and we explicitly avoid MSG in all our gravies and noodles. You get the crunch and the spice, but with clean ingredients.
