About Behind the Scenes: My Kitchen Promise
When we say nothing is frozen, it is not just a slogan. Every curry base and marinade you see in these images is prepared from scratch using fresh aromatics and slow-cooking techniques. Whether it is a bulk corporate lunch or a private party, we do not take shortcuts. We prep, slow-cook, and plate your order only after you book, so what lands on your table is exactly as intended.
Our kitchen operates on a simple principle: food has soul, and it requires time. When you browse through our preparation photos, you are seeing the process we follow for every single order, whether it is for 20 people or 200.
The Slow-Cooking Process
We rely on traditional Dum cooking methods for our Mughlai and Awadhi dishes. This means spices are toasted, aromatics are sautéed, and meats are cooked gently in their own juices. It takes hours, not minutes, but this is the only way to achieve the depth of flavor our clients expect. We avoid high-heat, industrial processing that strips ingredients of their texture.
Hygiene and Sourcing
Our base in Bandra West is managed with strict hygiene protocols. Because we do not use frozen proteins or pre-made gravies, we have complete control over the quality of our ingredients. We source fresh produce daily, which allows us to customize menus for specific events, such as adding Jain options or adjusting spice levels for kids.
Logistics and Serving
We provide different service tiers based on your event needs. If you are hosting a formal event, our team handles the setup with brass chafing dishes and professional staff. For more casual gatherings, our bulk delivery packages ensure the food stays temperature-controlled during transit so it is ready to serve the moment it arrives. We are here to handle the culinary work so you can focus on your guests.
Quantikit
We are Quantikit, and we run a tight kitchen in Bandra where the only thing that moves fast is the delivery. Everything else, from the marinade to the final plating, takes the time it needs to develop real flavor. If you are tired of mass-produced catering that tastes like it came from a freezer, you are in the right place.
