Stop forcing your body and start moving with ease. Our flexibility sessions use props and hands-on guidance to help you safely deepen your stretches and finally release that daily stress.

A perfect day includes a good stretch. Here, I'm assisting a student in a partner stretch to deepen her forward bend and increase hamstring flexibility.

Another angle of our partner stretches. This helps build trust and allows for a deeper, more supported stretch than one could achieve alone.

Working together in a partner boat pose (Navasana). This not only challenges core strength but also requires balance and coordination between partners.

Here I am helping a student get deeper into Child's Pose (Balasana) with a gentle assist, releasing tension in her lower back and shoulders.

About Deep Stretches & Flexibility

You do not need to be flexible to start. We use blocks, known as Brick Yoga, and manual adjustments to meet you exactly where you are. Whether it is tight hamstrings or a stiff back, I am right there to help you hold the pose safely so you actually get the benefit instead of just copying a shape.

Flexibility is not just about doing the splits. In our studio in Old Rajinder Nagar, we focus on mobility and range of motion, which are the keys to feeling good in your daily life.

Why We Use Props and Partners

Many people think yoga is just about the mat, but we use blocks and straps to make poses accessible for everyone. If you have been sitting at a desk all day, your shoulders and hips are likely locked up. Brick Yoga allows you to support your alignment, meaning you can hold a pose longer without straining.

We also incorporate partner stretches. This is a favorite in our sessions because it builds trust and allows for a deeper, more supported stretch than you could ever achieve alone. When you have someone assisting you, your muscles can actually relax instead of fighting the stretch.

More Than Just a Workout

Beyond the physical, these sessions are designed to give you that mental sukun, or peace. We break down every movement, especially the basics like Surya Namaskar, because doing it right matters more than doing it fast.

  • Partner Assisted Poses: To safely increase your range.
  • Alignment Focus: Using blocks to prevent injury and improve form.
