I am a certified Basic Life Support provider and an official in state-level weightlifting championships. Your safety is the foundation of every session we do.

Saving lives, one beat at a time. Here I am practicing adult CPR techniques during my certification course. This hands-on training ensures I am prepared for any emergency.

My safety training extends to all ages. This photo shows our group practicing infant CPR, a specialized skill that requires precision and care.

Performing chest compressions on a mannequin during my Basic Life Support training. Repetition and practice are key to ensuring I can provide effective aid in a real-life emergency.

Proudly holding our training materials after completing the CPR and AED program with the Phoenix Institute. Continuous learning is a cornerstone of my professional philosophy.

Here I am practicing rescue breaths on an infant mannequin. Being certified in both adult and pediatric first aid means I am equipped to ensure a safe training environment for everyone.

This image shows our group learning how to handle a choking situation for infants. This practical, hands-on training is invaluable and provides peace of mind for my clients and their families.

It was an honor to be a Guest of Honour at the Delhi State Weightlifting Championship. Being recognized by the weightlifting community is a privilege that reflects my dedication to the sport.

Serving as a referee in a weightlifting competition. My deep understanding of the sport's rules and techniques not only allows me to officiate but also makes me a more knowledgeable and effective coach.

Winning means doing better than you've ever done before. Receiving this award is a proud moment and a reminder of the progress that comes from dedication and hard work.

About Safety & Credentials

When we train, form is everything, but knowing how to manage risks matters just as much. My CPR and AED certifications are not just badges, they mean I can actively manage your safety during high-intensity lifts. Whether we are working on a heavy snatch or complex functional circuits, I am trained to spot risks before they become injuries, ensuring you can push your limits without fear.

Beyond my certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR/AED from the Phoenix Institute, I am an active official and referee in the Delhi State Weightlifting Championship. This ensures that the standards I bring to your personal training—ranging from grip width to spinal alignment—are aligned with the rules and safety criteria of professional competitive weightlifting.

When you work with me, you are getting more than just a workout routine. We focus on the 'why' behind every movement. We will fix your posture, correct your squat depth, and ensure your deadlift follows a natural, safe curvature for your spine. I treat your training with the same precision I use when officiating a competition. Whether you are a beginner or looking to perfect your form, you are training with someone who prioritizes technical safety and understands the physiology of high-performance movement.
