This Monday HIIT workout is designed to kickstart the week with high energy. The client is performing landmine twists, a great exercise for building rotational core strength and burning calories as part of an intense circuit.

Once you start exercising regularly, the hardest thing is to stop. An air bike, or assault bike, is one of the best tools for a high-intensity cardio session that works your entire body and pushes your endurance.

Your body can stand almost anything; it's your mind you have to convince. Pushing through a tough session on the assault bike builds not just physical endurance but mental fortitude as well.

Strength does not come from physical capacity, but from an indomitable will. The assault bike is a perfect test of that will, providing one of the most effective full-body cardio workouts available.

  • Form Over Everything: A fast workout is useless if you get injured. I personally coach every rep, whether in-person in South Delhi or during our online check-ins. If your squat depth is off or your spine is not neutral, we fix it before we add intensity.
