Fitness Coach Nandan Singh: Strength & Mindset Training
Fitness isn't just movement; it is a balance of mind, body, and spirit. Here is the philosophy and methodology behind my coaching.
I always try to remain motivated and focused on my goals. This mindset is what I bring to my own training and to every client I work with.
Eyes on the goal. Whether in fitness or in life, having a clear target is the first step toward achieving it.
A candid moment. I believe in living life to the fullest and finding joy in the simple moments.
If you are too busy to smile, you are too busy. A positive attitude and a smile are essential parts of a healthy lifestyle.
Peace begins with a smile. I find peace and positivity in my daily routine, and I bring that energy to my clients.
When you have a clear vision of your goal, it's easier to take the first step. I'm always ready to help you define that vision and start your journey.
The real workout starts when you want to stop. Using tools like the TRX suspension trainer, I constantly challenge myself to push past my limits.
A warm smile is the universal language of kindness. I believe in creating a positive and supportive training environment for all my clients.
A quick progress check in the mirror. I believe in leading by example, showing the results of consistent training and a disciplined lifestyle.
Keep your eyes on the goal. Taking a moment to rest and refocus on a plyo box during a tough workout.
About Behind the Trainer
When you train with me, we do not just count reps. We address the 'why' behind every movement using a foundation of biomechanics and yoga-inspired alignment, ensuring you are not just getting stronger, but training safely for the long term.
My approach is built on two pillars: the precision of Olympic weightlifting and the awareness of yoga. I hold an MPED and a Master's degree in Yoga, meaning I do not guess with your routine. Whether we are working on a snatch in the gym or improving your posture with Pilates, every minute is structured to prevent injury and maximize your output.
I believe in compound exercises like squats and deadlifts to build functional power, but I balance this with manual spotting, assisted stretching, and dietary frameworks tailored to Indian eating habits. I am not a coach who hides behind a clipboard; I am right there with you, breaking down micro-movements, grip width, and spinal alignment.
We train wherever you are comfortable—be it at a gym in South Delhi like Fitness First, or at your home terrace. My goal is to build a mindset as strong as your muscle, because as I always say, being weak is the dangerous part. Let us work together to find that balance.
Nandan Singh
I’m Nandan. My life is split between the weightlifting platform and the meditation mat, and I bring both sides of that coin to your training. I am here to help you build a mindset as strong as your muscle, focusing on real, science-backed movement.
