Taking the workout outdoors, this rooftop Tabata session focuses on serious fat burning. We use agility ladders, planks, and medicine ball slams to build endurance and power in a group setting.
In this HIIT class, we integrate heavy equipment like battle ropes and barbells. This helps build muscle and stamina simultaneously, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout.

About HIIT & Tabata Workouts
Let’s keep it real: these sessions aren't for the faint of heart. You’ll be doing burpees, mountain climbers, and battle ropes in quick, intense 20-second bursts. It’s tough, and yes, you will be sore the next day. But that’s the deal—we blast high-tempo Bollywood and EDM tracks to keep the energy high so you don’t even realize you’re smashing through a 45-minute metabolic conditioning circuit. If you are looking for a gentle start, this might be a shock, but if you want to see what your body is actually capable of, you’re in the right place.
How We Train
My HIIT and Tabata sessions are all about one thing: maximizing your output in a short amount of time. We keep things fresh so you never get bored, alternating between Tabata intervals (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) and functional movement drills.
Expect to use:
- Equipment: Agility ladders, battle ropes, medicine balls, and aerobic steppers.
- Movements: Compound bodyweight exercises like mountain climbers, burpees, and squat presses.
- Atmosphere: High-tempo music that dictates the pace. If the music is loud, the intensity is higher. That’s just how we do it!

I conduct group sessions across several partner gyms in Delhi, including 21 Fitness (Vasant Kunj, Punjabi Bagh, and Greater Kailash), Baskey Fitness Club in Dwarka, The Wellness Club in Vikaspuri, and Anytime Fitness in Dabri.
