Certified Basic Life Support & Safety Training
A strong body must be a safe one. Beyond weightlifting and conditioning, I am a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider to ensure your training environment is prepared for anything.
This is my official Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification from the American Heart Association. I am fully trained and certified in CPR and AED use to ensure client safety.
Here I am practicing chest compressions on an adult manikin during my CPR certification course. Hands-on training is essential to be prepared for any emergency.
We also learned how to provide rescue breaths using a bag-valve-mask. This is a critical skill for providing effective life support.
My CPR training also covered pediatric life support. Here, we are practicing the correct techniques for providing rescue breaths to an infant manikin.
This drill focused on the proper technique for clearing an infant's airway. Being prepared for any situation, with any person, is part of being a responsible coach.
Practicing chest compressions on infant manikins. The technique is different from adults, and it's vital to know how to respond correctly in a pediatric emergency.

About Certified & Safe Training
When we push limits with Olympic weightlifting or HIIT, accidents can happen. My BLS certification from the American Heart Association is not just a badge on the wall. It means I am trained to handle emergencies, from cardiac events to airway obstructions, during our sessions. Safety is the foundation upon which we build your strength.
Training is a serious commitment. Whether we are executing heavy clean and jerks or high-intensity conditioning, the risk of injury or medical emergencies is a reality. That is why I went beyond the gym floor to complete my Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
I have logged hours on adult and infant manikins, mastering chest compressions and AED protocols. This education ensures that if you train with me, you are in hands that can act when it counts. Whether we are at a facility in Dwarka or conducting a home session in South Delhi, I bring the same vigilance I bring to a deadlift form check. It is part of the discipline I preach. Respecting the body means respecting its limits and preparing for the unexpected. My approach is to train hard but with the awareness that health and safety come first.
