This is where we build true athletic power. I teach the technical intricacies of the snatch and clean & jerk, focusing on perfect form to help you generate maximum force in the shortest amount of time. These lifts are the ultimate expression of strength and speed.
Speed & Agility for Athletes
I design sport-specific drills to make you faster, quicker, and more reactive. Using equipment like cones, hurdles, and resistance bands, we improve your acceleration, change-of-direction speed, and overall coordination for sports like cricket, football, and tennis.
Explosive Plyometric Training
Plyometrics are essential for developing raw power. I teach you how to use the stretch-shortening cycle through exercises like box jumps and medicine ball throws to enable your muscles to reach maximum force in the shortest possible time.
Full-Body Strength & Conditioning
A strong body is a resilient body. My programs use a mix of compound lifts, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to build a solid foundation of strength, improve endurance, and help you achieve your fat loss goals.
Active Recovery & Injury Prevention
Staying healthy is key to long-term athletic success. I integrate yoga, targeted stretching, and foam rolling into my programs to improve your mobility and flexibility, which helps reduce the risk of injury and speeds up recovery.
My Competitive Weightlifting Journey
I don't just teach; I compete. This is a look at my journey as a competitive weightlifter, from local championships to national events. I believe in proving my methods on the platform, pushing my own limits to understand what it takes to win.
Certified & Safe Training
Your well-being is my first concern. I am a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider through the American Heart Association, which means I am trained in CPR and AED use. This ensures you are training in the safest possible environment.
