Pricing Guide
Monthly Standard Coaching (12 Sessions)
Core Training
- Frequency: 12 personal training sessions valid for 1 month (typically 3 sessions/week).
- Trainer: Standard certified floor trainer focused on routine design, hypertrophy, and active spotting.
- Session Management: 60 minutes of dedicated floor time per session, including assistance with securing equipment during peak hours (7 PM to 9 PM).
Progress & Nutrition
- Tracking: Monthly Body Composition Analysis (BCA) to monitor fat percentage and muscle mass.
- Guidance: Basic macro nutrient breakdown (calorie deficit or surplus) aligned with fitness goals.
Facility Access
- Amenities: Access to gym towels, water stations, changing rooms, and showers.
- Note: This price covers the trainer fee only; base gym membership for floor access is charged separately.
Quarterly Transformation Package (36 Sessions)
Advanced Programming
- Frequency: 36 dedicated sessions valid for 3 months (typically 3 sessions/week).
- Expertise: Assignment to a Senior Trainer or Specialist capable of handling medical conditions, pre-natal care, or rapid body composition changes.
- Techniques: Implementation of advanced lifting protocols (drop sets, supersets) and assisted PNF stretching.
Lifestyle Monitoring
- Accountability: WhatsApp support for meal tracking and monitoring activity on non training days.
- Assessments: Bi weekly measurements (inch loss tracking) and optional progress photos to document transformation.
- Nutrition: Advanced diet planning with bi weekly adjustments and specific supplementation advice (whey, creatine) if needed.
Priority Services
- Scheduling: Priority booking for time slots with the trainer.
- Facilities: Full access to lockers and steam room (subject to availability).
