You won't find yourself waiting for equipment here. With 7000 sq. ft. of space, we have carefully laid out our functional training area and weight racks to ensure that whether it is peak hour or a quiet morning session, you have room to move and focus on your form.
Our facility in Noida Sector 76 is designed with one goal: efficiency. We know that when you walk through our doors, your time is limited, so we prioritize a clean, organized, and high-functioning environment.
Our Training Zones
- The Strength Deck: Featuring a full range of barbells, power racks, and a diverse dumbbell rack with weights for every level. We maintain these stations so you can move from warm-up to heavy lifting without clutter.
- The Legs Zone: A dedicated space with modern machines like the leg press and leg extension, ensuring you can target lower body movements without navigating across the whole gym.
- Cardio & Functional Area: Treadmills overlooking the city and open floor space for functional training, kettlebells, and dynamic movements.
