At Fittcube, we have designed our 7000 sq.ft space in Sector 76 to accommodate serious training, whether you are doing compound lifts like the deadlift and squat, or focusing on isolation work for hypertrophy.
Equipment and Facilities
We maintain our facility to support a high-volume flow of members. You will find dedicated zones for free weights, power racks, and specialized machines including:
- Heavy-duty squat racks for barbell training
- Lat pulldown and cable machines for back and arm isolation
- Dumbbell stations ranging from light to heavy
- Smith machines for controlled pressing and squat movements
Beyond the Weights
Many members fall into a routine where they lift the same weight for months without change. Our trainers prevent this by helping you implement advanced protocols such as drop sets and supersets when you are ready. We also emphasize nutritional accountability. For those on our quarterly transformation packages, we provide guidance on macro-nutrient adjustments, helping you determine whether a calorie surplus or deficit is necessary to meet your specific goals.
