Why I Created This Space
I started Deer Fitness just for women who want to kickstart their fitness journey and actually enjoy it. Here, we believe in ‘Fit with Fun’ - no crash diets, no magic shakes, just real workouts and good vibes. I get it, sometimes you feel shy or worry about what others think. But honestly, idu ninna jeevana (this is your life) - you should feel free to work out without mujagara (hesitation).
What Our Classes Offer
No boring routines here. You’ll find:
- Group strength training for women - dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, even those massive tires! We keep it effective and joint-friendly.
- Dance fitness for ladies - Aerobics, Zumba, and all-out dance workouts. You’ll sweat, laugh, and maybe forget you’re even exercising.
- Yoga and Pilates – stretch, balance, breathe, and calm your mind.
- HIIT & circuit sessions – for when you want that energy surge and serious results.
More Than Just Exercise
Supportive women’s fitness community is our thing. I call us 'Deer Angels' because we hype each other up. We do partner workouts, team games, and sometimes take our sweat sessions outdoors. If you’re a beginner, or starting again after a break, I promise you’ll feel right at home.
What Really Matters
Fitness isn’t just about muscle, it’s about training your mind too. Strong hudugi (strong girl) isn’t just a phrase - it’s you, showing up and giving it a go. I’ll be here, cheering you on, no matter where you’re starting from.

My Story
Hey, I'm Radha. Fitness is my soul, not just my job. Deer Fitness is named after the deer, because we run for life, not just food. My guru Kamesh Sir taught me to believe in myself, even when I was full of doubt. I salute him every day. Here, my 'Deer Angels' are my family. We laugh, sweat, dance, and walk together in Lalbagh - rain or shine, namma hudugiru gym bidadhe iroru (our girls never skip gym). No mujugara (hesitation), just strength and fun.

All-in-One Fitness for Women - Group workouts, personal training, yoga, aerobics, ladies HIIT workouts, pilates, mobility sessions.
Ladies-Only, Safe Space - No mujugara here. Women can work out free and confident, with full support.
Fitness With Fun - We mix fitness with dance, games, and fun fitness games for ladies. Consistency comes easy when it’s enjoyable.
