Sound Healing and Yoga Sessions in Bangalore
Step into a space where sound, breath, and silence meet to help you reset. These sessions are designed to help you move beyond the daily rush and reconnect with yourself.
I hold a Tibetan singing bowl, preparing for a sound healing session. Each bowl has a unique frequency, and my focus is to create vibrations that help release tension and bring your body into a state of deep relaxation and harmony.
Here, I am guiding a participant through a personal sound healing experience. By moving the singing bowl over the body, the therapeutic vibrations can work directly on areas of stress, promoting emotional release and balancing the body's energy centers.

Listen to the experiences of those who joined my yoga and mindfulness retreat. This video captures their honest reflections on finding peace, connection, and rejuvenation away from the city's rush.
In this short video, I explain that meditation is not about forcing your mind to be quiet. I introduce the concept of 'dharana' or concentration, a gentle practice of focusing on a single point, which is the first step toward finding the quiet that already exists within you.
During a corporate wellness workshop, I guide employees through a relaxation exercise. These sessions are designed to be a reset button, helping teams manage workplace stress and improve focus by introducing simple mindfulness techniques.

About Featured
When you enter one of my sound bath workshops, the first thing you notice is the sound. Using a 7-piece set of Tibetan singing bowls and a crystal harp, I create vibrational frequencies that do more than just mask the noise of the city. They help shift your body from a state of constant doing into being. It is not about forcing silence, but creating the right environment for your nervous system to finally let go.
The Science of Vibration
My sessions are not about listening to music. They are about experiencing sound as a physical sensation. By using traditional Tibetan singing bowls and crystal harps, I introduce specific frequencies that encourage the brain to enter a state of deep relaxation. Before we begin the sound immersion, we always spend time with Pranayama, or conscious breathing. This settles the mind, making the subsequent sound bath significantly more effective for releasing stored tension.
Your Space, My Space
Whether we are in a quiet studio in Koramangala or Hebbal, or bringing a sound healing session into your office, the setup is minimalist by design. You will find fresh floral mandalas and candlelight, but never anything distracting. The goal is to strip away the excess so you can return to your own center—or as we say in Bengali, Shikore fire jaoya mane amader ostityer mulke khunje paoya, which means returning to your roots is finding the core of your existence.
Corporate Wellness and Private Therapy
Stress often lives in the body. For my corporate clients, I combine desk yoga for physical mobility with sound immersion to clear the mental fog that accumulates during the workday. For those seeking private, one-on-one therapy, I conduct a pre-session chat to identify your specific needs—whether it is insomnia, anxiety, or general fatigue. I then place the bowls directly on the body to allow the vibrations to target specific areas of tension. This is a personalized path to finding the quiet that is already within you.
