You cannot out-train a bad diet, and you certainly cannot build this kind of definition without the mental discipline to push past the burn. My training methodology is simple: if you are ready to give 100%, we can build something serious.

Bodybuilding is not just about moving weight; it is an art form. When I talk about a competition-ready physique, I am talking about total control over your body composition—stripping away the fluff and building lean, dense muscle. My approach relies on three pillars: strict macro-calculated nutrition, hypertrophy-focused training, and sheer mental grit.

In my sessions, we do not waste time on fluff. We focus on the last few reps because that is where the game actually changes. Whether you are training at the Fitmein Health Club in Delhi or following my remote 12-week transformation program, the standard remains the same. You will get a personalized blueprint, not a copy-paste diet plan. We will track your carb cycling, monitor your protein intake, and make adjustments every four weeks based on actual visual progress.
