I deal in reality: macro-calculated diets, hypertrophy splits that actually work, and the mental grit to push through those final, painful reps. If you are ready to be uncomfortable for the sake of real, sustainable progress, we will have a lot to talk about.

Most people walk into a gym thinking they only need to move heavy weight to change their bodies. They miss the real secret. Fitness is 70 percent mental. When your body wants to quit, your mind must force it to continue. That is the core of my philosophy, and why I treat training as therapy. Whether you are prepping for a bodybuilding contest or just want a total lifestyle overhaul, we do not guess. We track.

My training in Delhi is built on data, not feelings. From custom macro-calculated nutrition plans to heavy compound lifts at Fitmein Health Club, everything has a purpose. We monitor your weekly progress photos, weight, and energy levels to make adjustments. If your results stall, we change the strategy—not the goal.
