How We Get Results

  1. Personalized Coaching: I create a custom fitness blueprint for you. No copy-paste plans. If you are local to Delhi, I personally oversee your form and intensity at the gym. If you are training remotely, we use strict weekly WhatsApp check-ins to monitor progress photos and weight, adjusting your carb cycling every 4 weeks to keep the momentum high.

  2. The Mentality: Most people quit because they treat the gym like a chore. I train you to see it as therapy. You will learn to push past the 'I can't' phase. Those last few reps are where the change happens, and that is where I push you the hardest.

  3. Practical Nutrition: Forget fad diets. We focus on science-backed macro-calculation. I provide a straightforward supplement guide—only what you actually need, nothing else—and ensure your nutrition supports your specific goal, whether that is hypertrophy for muscle gain or deficit for fat loss.
