The work isn't finished just because you are tired. True progress happens when you push past that point of exhaustion. You stop when the job is done.

About Mindset is Everything
Most people focus on the gym, but for diabetics, managing blood sugar during a heavy workout is a mental battle. I don’t just give you a PDF plan; I teach you how to read your body’s signals—knowing when to push through fatigue and when to adjust your insulin—so you don't compromise your health for a look.
The fitness industry today is full of noise. You see people on Instagram making Reels with perfect lighting, hiding the reality of the struggle. My approach is different because it has to be. Living with Type-1 diabetes means every workout is a negotiation between my insulin levels and my physical output. When I train a client—whether you are diabetic or not—I bring that same level of precision.
You won’t find any magic formulas here. We focus on:
- Understanding the 'Why': Why are we lifting this heavy? What is the goal beyond the mirror?
- Glucose Safety: If you’re diabetic, we learn how to monitor readings before and during sets. We don’t guess.
- Mental Endurance: The gym is where you build the character to handle life outside. I push you because I know you have more in you than you think.
I train at Wellness Club in Rajouri Garden and my own space in Subhash Nagar. Whether you need remote coaching or in-person sessions, the mindset remains the same: no shortcuts, no fake drama, just results that stick.
