Whether it is about hitting a 200kg deadlift or mastering your posing for a show, nothing happens until you fix your mindset first. You will not find flashy machines or easy fixes here, just heavy plates and the discipline required to use them. If you are not ready to put in the work that hurts, this isn't for you.
