I use high-tempo Bollywood and Bhangra beats to make sure everyone is connected, even the ones who think they have two left feet. Just be prepared, sometimes you will feel totally wiped out afterwards.
I specialize in scaling fitness experiences. If you have an event with a hundred people or a thousand, I know how to manage the stage and keep the energy levels high from start to finish. I have led warm-ups for the Indian Navy Marathon and the JITO Ahimsa Run, so I am comfortable with large-scale event logistics, early morning call times, and coordinating with event DJs.

- Technical Needs: For large events, I use a headset or handheld mic. I bring my own audio source, but you will need to provide a professional PA system or speaker setup.
- Dynamic Engagement: My sessions are designed for large venues where verbal cues are hard to hear, so I rely on visual-heavy demonstrations to keep the crowd moving in sync.
For corporate and group sessions:
