About Dominate the Ground: BJJ & Wrestling
Grappling is the great equalizer. If you try to muscle your way out of a bad position, you will gas out in thirty seconds. We focus on the mechanics of takedowns, positional control, and how to execute submissions with precision rather than brute force. You will drill these moves until they become muscle memory, so when you are in a live sparring situation, you don't panic—you react.
The Ground Game Philosophy
Most people think fighting is all about striking, but the fight often ends on the ground. At our Andheri studio, we don't just teach moves; we teach you how to think in a scramble. Whether you are training for professional MMA or simply want to learn effective self-defense, our BJJ and wrestling curriculum covers the full spectrum.
What You Will Learn
- Takedowns: How to close the distance safely and put the fight where you want it.
- Positional Control: Understanding how to use your body weight to dominate, whether you are on top or playing guard.
- Submissions: Learning the mechanics of joints and chokes so you can finish the fight.
- Defensive Grappling: How to survive when you are in a bad spot and work your way back to a neutral position.
We utilize puzzle-matted flooring and a full-size MMA cage to simulate realistic scenarios. We also emphasize consistent sparring because technique on a static partner is useless if you cannot apply it on someone who is actively resisting you.
Real Training, Real Results
We run mixed batches where beginners and experienced fighters train together. You will get hit, you will get sweaty, and you will get tired. But you will also get better. We have no room for egos here. Just show up, put in the work, and become a part of the family.
