How We Get Moving

Every session is designed to make you sweat without it feeling like a chore. We blend high-intensity Bollywood tracks with cardio-focused movements. Whether it is an old-school retro hit or the latest chartbuster, the goal is simple: keep moving and have fun.

We focus on 'follow-the-leader' style routines. I break down the moves so anyone, regardless of their fitness level or dance experience, can jump right in. We regularly switch up the routines to include elements from Bhangra, Latin grooves, and even floor-based toning exercises.

We host classes at several gyms across Delhi and NCR, including:
