About My Journey: From Stage to Studio
Winning the Bharath Shree and Classic Physique titles was not about luck, it was about strict adherence to a plan. When you train with me, you are not just getting gym access, you are getting the exact methodology I used to step on that stage. We track every macro, adjust every rep, and ensure that you are consistently hitting your goals, whether it is fat loss or building serious muscle.

My journey from lifting weights in a small gym corner to winning the Bharath Classic Physique overall title has taught me one thing: there are no shortcuts. I brought this mindset to Dhanu's Goldfitness in Kengeri to create a space where you can actually see results, not just sweat.
