We combine the freedom of the open road with the discipline of martial arts. Join our tribe for rides to historic sites where we train, eat, and reconnect.

This is what the Shivakali Warrior Tribe is all about: Ride, Train, Eat, Repeat. We mix the freedom of a bike ride with the discipline of martial arts, creating an experience you won't forget. This was my 53rd birthday ride, a 1200 km journey of pushing limits.

A video diary of our journey to Janapav Hills. The ride is just the beginning. We find time for coffee, for training by a stream, and for rest as the sun sets.

A core belief of our warrior tribe rides. It's better to look back on life and say "I can't believe I did that" than to wish you had.

Adventure is part of the package. Here I am crossing a river on my Royal Enfield Scram during a one-day ride to Tungareshwar with the tribe.

Training doesn't stop just because we are on the road. We practice our Kali stick forms against the backdrop of the Bhimashankar hills.

The feeling of being alive. The camaraderie and joy we share on our rides are as important as the training itself.

An example of one of our ride plans. We go to destinations like Bhimashankar, combining highway riding with our training philosophy.

About this collection

Most gyms keep you trapped in four walls, but we take the dojo to the forest and the hilltop. We teach you to stay sharp while on the road, mixing physical conditioning with the mental toughness of long-distance riding. This is not a polished fitness class. It is sweaty, real, and you will leave with more than just a workout.

The Shivakali Warrior Tribe is born from a simple philosophy: Ride, Train, Eat, Repeat. I started this because I believe training should not be a chore. It should be an adventure that tests your limits and clears your head.

We don't do sports-based training. We focus on reality-based skills, using Kali sticks and functional combat movements that work on uneven terrain—whether that is a riverbank in Tungareshwar or the hills of Janapav. Riding a bike requires balance, reflexes, and awareness, which are the same traits you need for real-world self-defense. When you ride with us, you are not just reaching a destination. You are learning to handle unpredictable environments.

Why Train in Nature?

  • Adaptability: A gym mat is predictable. The ground in Bhimashankar is not. You learn to fight and move on dirt, rocks, and grass.
  • Mental Toughness: Long rides demand endurance. When you combine that with combat training, you learn how to perform even when you are exhausted.
  • Brotherhood: We share meals, stories, and the road. This is about building a tribe of warriors who look out for each other.

Whether you are a seasoned biker or just starting your martial arts journey, the tribe is open. If you have the will, we will find a way to train you.

I am Hemaal, or Sensei H. After 28 years of teaching, I believe the best training happens when you break the routine. My tribe rides to historic spots, we train with sticks, we eat together, and we push our limits. If you have the will, I will help you find the way.
