Whether it is a 3-hour self-defense module or a 3-day tactical bootcamp, expect no AC, no frills, and a lot of sweat. You will be using sticks, knives, and your own body to build survival skills that you can rely on.
At Fighting Fit, we do not believe in standard fitness paths. We combine arts like Filipino ShinKali, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Indian Lathi, and Krav Maga to ensure you are ready for real scenarios. Whether you join a corporate S.H.E. self-defense session in BKC or head out for a 3-day tactical bootcamp in the forests of Pali, the focus remains the same: practical, hard-hitting skills.
I teach people of all ages and abilities. If you have the will, I will find a way to teach you. Our workshops are designed to be gritty and real, stripping away the rules of sport fighting to focus on survival. We also blend this with our Warrior Tribe experience, taking training to nature trails, because strength is just as much about the mindset as it is about physical technique.
