Menu Configuration
- Appetizers (Flying Buffet): 5 to 6 varieties of passed snacks including fusion items like Avocado Papdi Chaat and Lamb Galouti.
- Live Kitchen: 1 interactive counter (e.g., Sliders, Tacos, or Grills) prepared fresh in front of guests.
- Main Buffet: 3 to 4 heavy dishes combining modern Indian options and global cuisine, accompanied by breads, rice, and salads.
- Dessert: 2 gourmet options such as Tiramisu or Choux Buns.
Staff & Service
- Kitchen Team: Head Chef and assistants to manage live stations and replenishment.
- Floor Staff: Uniformed servers (ratio of approx 1 per 8 to 10 guests) for circulating snacks and clearing plates.
- Operations: Includes post-event clearance of food waste and kitchen cleaning.

My Story
People say, 'Arre yaar, just cooking na?' (Hey, it’s just cooking, right?) but nah, La Marinate is our jaan (heart). Started hopeful in November, lockdown smashed us by January. Aman, our head chef, never let anyone go. We hustled hard, sending burgers to Gurgaon, flipping plans overnight. Opened Remy's cafe, too! Loads of late-night madness, crazy menu swaps, but seeing folks happy at their shaadi (wedding), baby shower, or cozy dinner? That’s everything. We’re not just a business, we’re a family serving up memories.
