I run La Marinate with my chef gang, and yeah, it’s our baby. We’re here for the chaos of parties, the late-night preps, the “did we order enough cheese?” panic. We want you to feel like a guest, not a host, so we handle everything - menu planning, cooking, service, and even cleaning up the mess after.
All Kinds of Gatherings
We’ve catered tiny date nights and massive 400-person shaadis, all around Delhi NCR, and we’ll travel if you need us. No fixed packages here - your event, your menu. Think house parties, anniversaries, mehendi, corporate launches, gallery nights - you get the idea.

Every dish has our jaadu (magic) and a whole lot of love. We use fresh, high-quality stuff, and we’re obsessed with flavour. Some crowd faves: Avocado Papdi Chaat, Lamb Galouti, Pan-seared Fish, Boozy Tiramisu.

My Story
People say, 'Arre yaar, just cooking na?' (Hey, it’s just cooking, right?) but nah, La Marinate is our jaan (heart). Started hopeful in November, lockdown smashed us by January. Aman, our head chef, never let anyone go. We hustled hard, sending burgers to Gurgaon, flipping plans overnight. Opened Remy's cafe, too! Loads of late-night madness, crazy menu swaps, but seeing folks happy at their shaadi (wedding), baby shower, or cozy dinner? That’s everything. We’re not just a business, we’re a family serving up memories.
My Work
All Event Catering - We cater house parties, bespoke sit-down dinners, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and outstation gigs.
Custom Menus Every Time - No fixed stuff here. We build your menu together, from Punjabi thali sit-downs to European spreads.
Fusion & World Flavors - Our chefs whip up Lamb Galouti, Avocado Papdi Chaat, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, and more. Fusion Indian street food is our jam.
